Mr McCallum was very much used in the UK with the ministry. He had an outstanding gift and most people who know him will judge for themselves re the scandal being perpetuated to protect the JT jr shambles in Aberdeen. Lets face it, this system is used in law courts every day of the week to discredit honest witness! What upsets me is that the man did not have an opportunity to defend these charges.

JT sr did have the greatest of respect for him and indeed I still have all S McC's ministry books. One point is for sure and that is that the Lord will sort it out in a day to come!

I was part of the Hamilton Meeting in Scotland which was withdrawn from by Glasgow almost forty years ago and this was triggered by opposing the so called 'man of God' on an issue.

What has happened since Aberdeen is testimony to the fact that the Lord will not support a system which causes mayhem in families and perpetuates division in the name of Christianity.

Where it did go wrong is that men of calibre like S McC and AJG should have opposed it much earlier. They certainly would have had the support!

Best Regards

Bill Hanley
Colchester
England
