Family Man Librarian: Grammar pet peeves [Updated]

    Or, in fact, “Those who wish to avoid the high cost of gasoline should not drive their cars” (plural once, plural always, to pick a fine nit).

    The ones which really bother me are the errors on so-called "professional" blogs, which (should) have the benefit of trained writers and editors. Every time I see "it's" and "its" mixed up, my blood pressure edges one notch closer to the red line. But then, we get what we pay for, right?
